This module converts any analog signal 0 to 10 volts DC to PWM.

When the input is at 0 volts, the output is 0%. As the input increases to 10 volts, the output will also rise. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) output can be used for hydraulic valves, solenoids, motors, as well as lighting such as LED lamps, LED strips, halogen lamps, etc.

Comes with a DIN rail compatible enclosure.

By default, the PWM is set at 200Hz.
- PWM frequency can be adjusted from 10Hz up to 10kHz.
Analog input operates between 0 and 10 volts DC.

Configuration

If the “SW1” button is pressed for 10 seconds, the built-in WiFi hotspot will be activated. By connecting to this hotspot with a mobile, tablet, laptop or computer, you can set additional parameters as desired.

The following can be configured:

Minimum and maximum output linked to a specific input value range.
Inversion of the output.
Slow ramp-up and slow ramp-down to prevent Hydraulic valves from being damaged by being actuated too quickly.
Limiting peak currents.
Also realtime input and output can be viewed.

Successfully applied with: TeleRadio (TG R4 36) remote control. Along with this module, 6 hydraulic valves were controlled. TeleRadio provides the signal that enters this module (voltage between 0 and 12 volts) and then this module can control hydraulic valves of 12 or 24 volts up to a maximum current of 4A. The signal can also be adjusted in speed so that a user can never open the hydraulic valve too quickly.”
