Compact DIN Rail Analog Converter (No Display)
This module converts any analog signal 0 to 10 volts DC to PWM (Pulse Width Modulation).
This module has no integrated display, if you need adjustments or realtime information, please see our PR181 (OLED) or PR505 (WiFi).
Specifications
- Power supply voltage between 9V and 31V DC.
- Maximum 2 Amps drive outputs. Default N side. On request this can be P Side.
- Accepts an analog input voltage 0 to 10 volts DC from PLC or any other signal source.
- Fixed frequency 100Hz.
- Protected against reverse polarity.
- Maximum ambient temperature: 55°C.
- Input and output are not galvanically isolated.
Simple Calibration: Follow these simple steps for perfect adjustment:
- Hold button 3 until the green indicator flashes.
- Position the sensor or potentiometer for a 0% duty cycle output and press button 1.
- Position for a 100% duty cycle output and press button 2.
- Save the settings by pressing button 3 for a long time. The result? Your sensor or potentiometer will operate linearly between 4mA and 20mA outputs.
There is no galvanic isolation between the input, power supply and output. If this is needed, please use the PR181 modules.
Manual and fine adjustment is always possible; with this setting, the output can be adjusted from 0 to 100%. Please consult the manual for this.
Note: For galvanic isolation between the signals, please contact us for the appropriate signal converter module.
